Fiona McCarthy, Associate Research Professor at CVM, was recently interviewed by Mississippi Public Radio. She grew up in northern Australia on a cattle and sheep ranch, and compares her experiences there to those she has encountered in Mississippi. Dr. McCarthy also explains, in simplistic terms, biocuration, what it is and why it is important to us.
